A word about backups

Full backups are made nightly.
No guarantees are made of any kind, either expressed or implied, as to the integrity of these backups. Backups are made for server restoration purposes only. It is the client’s responsibility to maintain local copies of their web content and any other information.
This includes databases, e-mail aliases, et cetera. Please heed to this warning and make sure you cover yourself by making regular backups for all your sites. If loss of data occurs due to an error of Scionhost, we will attempt to recover the data for no charge to the client.
With that said, if you have accidentally deleted or lost an account or database, let us know and we will attempt to restore it for you.
Please refer to the Cpanel control panel manual for information on how to create and restore backups.
