Setting strong passwords
When you create domains in your WHM account, be sure to setup that domain with a strong password. Never use a password that is the same as the username. Huge mistake there that leaves the server vulnerable to spammer and the likes thereof.
A password should cosist of 8 characters and contain a combination of letters and numbers. So a strong password looks something like this:

A weak password would look like this:
mary

Please be sure to pass this information onto your clients, as they can change their password from their respective Cpanels.
