Quota overage notices
Once a day a process will check the space used by each account on the server and compare it to their allowed space.
If the space used is over 80% then a notice will be sent to the address specified as the contact address for that account.
Please make sure you and/or your users know not to ignore these notices as if their account reaches full capacity, e-mail will be returned to the sender explaining that the account was over it’s disk space allocation and the e-mail could not be delivered.
